Joint Force Command HQ Brunssum (Netherlands) is part of the NATO military command structure. It is one of three operational HQs of NATO. It consists of the Allied Land Component Command, Heidelberg, Germany, the Allied Maritime Component Command, Northwood, UK (AMCCN or CC-Mar Northwood) and Allied Air Component Command, Ramstein (CC-Air Ramstein), Germany. JFC-B reports to Allied Command Operations based at SHAPE in Belgium, along with the other NATO European area commands, Joint Force Command Naples and Joint Command Lisbon.

JFC-B serves as the NATO higher headquarters for the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan. At a regular base it fulfils also the role of NRF (NATO Response force) HQ, which rotates between NATOs three operational HQs (Brunssum, Naples, Lisbon).
